เรื่องที่ 1 Fostering Digital Education among Teachers and Learners in Sri Lankan Schools
Abstract
The Commonwealth Digital Education Leadership Training in Action (C-DELTA) programmer provides a framework for fostering digital education for lifelong learning by developing digital education leaders. The Faculty of Education at the Open University of Sri Lanka implemented an action research project to promote the adoption of C-DELTA among teachers and students of secondary schools in Sri Lanka, and evaluate its impact on the teaching-learning process. A group of 41 teachers participated in the intervention and implemented C-DELTA in their schools. A variety of data were collected throughout the process via questionnaires, concept maps, focus group interviews, implementation reports, and log records in the C-DELTA platform. Findings revealed that despite challenges, such as inadequate ICT facilities, time constraints and limitation in English language competencies, the adoption of C-DELTA has supported improving digital literacy, enacting changes in thinking and digital behavior among teachers and students, and enhancing teachers’ digital education leadership skills.

เรื่องที่ 2 Dominance One-Roof Schools Principal Excellent Leadership in the Digital Age in Indonesia
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims (1) to determine the ORS principals' excellence leadership factors in the digital age, (2) to explain the most dominant excellent leadership factor of the principals in the digital era, and (3) to determine the level of tendencies of each of the principals' excellent leadership strategies in the digital age. Research Methods: A quantitative approach is used in this research. This study's respondents were 147 school principals, teachers, school committees, supervisors, and education personnel in three districts and two provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis used was a factor and descriptive analysis. Findings: The results showed that (1) the excellence principal’s leadership factors in the digital age were spiritual leadership, transformational leadership, instructional leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership, where spiritual leadership was the most dominant factor; and (2) The level of influence of each of these factors, from the highest, includes spiritual leadership, transformational leadership, instructional leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership. Implications for Research and Practice: The study's main findings indicate that spiritual leadership is the most determining factor in ORS principals' success in a rural area. The implication is that principals in rural areas should consider integrating spiritual leadership values in improving the schools' quality, especially in the digital age context.
วัตถุประสงค์: การศึกษานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย (1) เพื่อกำหนดปัจจัยความเป็นผู้นำที่เป็นเลิศของผู้บริหาร ORS ในยุคดิจิทัล (2) เพื่ออธิบายปัจจัยความเป็นผู้นำที่โดดเด่นที่สุดของผู้บริหารระดับสูงในยุคดิจิทัล และ (3) เพื่อกำหนดระดับของ แนวโน้มของกลยุทธ์การเป็นผู้นำที่ยอดเยี่ยมของผู้นำแต่ละคนในยุคดิจิทัล วิธีการวิจัย: ใช้แนวทางเชิงปริมาณในการวิจัยนี้ ผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจนี้เป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู คณะกรรมการโรงเรียน หัวหน้างาน และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 147 คน ใน 3 อำเภอและ 2 จังหวัดของอินโดนีเซีย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ใช้เป็นปัจจัยและการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยความเป็นผู้นำของผู้นำที่เป็นเลิศในยุคดิจิทัล ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณ ภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำด้านการสอน และภาวะผู้นำของผู้ประกอบการ โดยที่ภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณเป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุด และ (2) ระดับอิทธิพลของแต่ละปัจจัยเหล่านี้ จากระดับสูงสุด ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณ ภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำแบบสั่งสอน และภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้ประกอบการ นัยสำหรับการวิจัยและการปฏิบัติ: ผลการวิจัยหลักของการศึกษาระบุว่าภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณเป็นปัจจัยที่กำหนดความสำเร็จมากที่สุดของผู้บริหาร ORS ในพื้นที่ชนบท ความหมายก็คือ ผู้บริหารในพื้นที่ชนบทควรพิจารณาบูรณาการค่านิยมความเป็นผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของโรงเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบริบทของยุคดิจิทัล
เรื่องที่ 3 The Effects of Principals’ Digital Leadership on Teachers’ Digital Teaching during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Malaysia
Abstract
Education involving digital technology is the latest transformation of the education system, especially during the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE) has taken the initiative to spearhead efforts to develop the skills and potential of students in the use of digital technology. The main purpose of this study was to identify the level of digital leadership displayed by principals, the level of teachers' digital teaching practices and the elements of principals' digital leadership that predict the level of teachers' digital teaching. About 400 secondary school teachers in Hulu Langat District, Selangor were involved in this study. The findings of this study show that the level of digital leadership displayed by principals and teachers’ digital teaching practice are both at a high level. However, the positive correlation between the two is moderate. Multiple regression found that only digital citizenship is a strong predictor of teachers' digital teaching. The findings show that the ability to plan and organize digital leadership programs is important and can help improve students' academic performance, despite the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
การศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลถือเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งล่าสุดของระบบการศึกษา โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่เกิดการระบาดของ COVID-19 กระทรวงศึกษาธิการของมาเลเซีย (MOE) ได้ริเริ่มที่จะเป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาทักษะและศักยภาพของนักเรียนในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จุดประสงค์หลักของการศึกษานี้คือเพื่อระบุระดับของภาวะผู้นำทางดิจิทัลที่แสดงโดยครูใหญ่ ระดับของแนวทางปฏิบัติในการสอนดิจิทัลของครู และองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำทางดิจิทัลของครูใหญ่ที่คาดการณ์ระดับการสอนดิจิทัลของครู ครูระดับมัธยมศึกษาประมาณ 400 คนในเขต Hulu Langat, Selangor มีส่วนร่วมในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าระดับความเป็นผู้นำทางดิจิทัลที่แสดงโดยครูใหญ่และแนวทางปฏิบัติในการสอนดิจิทัลของครูอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างไรก็ตาม ความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างทั้งสองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การถดถอยหลายครั้งพบว่า การเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลเท่านั้นที่เป็นตัวทำนายที่ชัดเจนของการสอนดิจิทัลของครู ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความสามารถในการวางแผนและจัดโปรแกรมความเป็นผู้นำทางดิจิทัลมีความสำคัญและสามารถช่วยปรับปรุงผลการเรียนของนักเรียนได้ แม้จะมีวิกฤตการณ์การระบาดของโควิด-19
